Teachers, aides, van drivers, administrators–our 80+ team members share one thing in common. They want to see each student reach their full potential.

It takes a collaborative spirit, a hunger to always be learning something new and a positive attitude to work at AMS. In our (slightly biased) opinion, 100% of our staff have these qualities.

Here’s an approximate breakdown of how we’re staffed to meet the unique needs of 100 autistic youth:

  2. In addition to supervising a caseload of classrooms/students, these individuals serve in other ways depending on their role (e.g., Director of Education, Director of Transition Services, Director of Innovative Student Supports) ↩︎
  3. Specific roles for this group are as follows: Director, Transportation Director, School Operations Manager, Speech Language Therapist, Service and Support Administrator, Administrator 2, and Development Director ↩︎
